A friend of mine has a laptop with I think 10 or 11 on it.......

He said for months now when he boots,he sees a padlock on desktop and cant do anything.... I tried suggesting doing a sys restore to a point before the lock was there..... I dont think that worked as he hasnt told me its corrected....

Anyone know how to get it off??
