Found a copy of it, along with a host of other Registry Cleaners right where they all belong, down at the local tip.

Donny, they are rubbish, just read the thread, they can bork your computer, they are designed to remove Registry entries that are not required, however sometimes they remove required entries, and render the computer unworkable. Having an unneeded entry in a registry is not a problem, it just uses a few bytes of space, the computer just ignores it.

Inexperienced people come here for advice, seeing information on such applications may encourage them to get one and use it, and perhaps damage their computer, please give up mate, you are doing no one a favor revisiting this old hyperborean myth.

I really do not understand why this thread keeps getting bumped as all the main points of the worth of registry cleaners were covered over ten years ago by people who know what they are talking about.
Dude if you are keen to "clean"' your registry open "regedit" then you can delete and change the value of keys to your hearts desire.. Plus you can enjoy the ensuing carnage brought on by your actions..
Ned. Put the bloody things back where I dumped them.....
