Upgrading to Windows 7 Problem

I have purchased two retail Windows 7 Cds and neither will upgrade my vista. I am trying to do only the upgrade feature which alows me to keep my files and my programs. Whenever I run setup I get an error, please see the picture http://img32.imageshack.us/i/43236694.jpg/

Where exactly did you purchase the retail Windows 7 CD's from Ryli? Windows 7 doesnt go on sale until October 22nd.

Lets basicaly say I was conned....He sold me the RTM version which in my country is so hard to get. I am assuming this is some beta?

It is the full version that was released to manufactures but an individual shouldn't have it. I am pretty sure whoever sold you those DVDs, did so illegally.

Hmmm I wouldnt be so quick as to make that assumption cause he does indeed for Toshiba. And the Package he gave is legit.

If he works for Toshiba, and they caught wind of what he did, then he would be fired and charges would be pressed from toshiba and microsoft for selling unreleased software. Plus he is not a retailer. The package may be legit but he should not have given it to you.
