MSN Messenger/Firewall Help
[Please move if this is the wrong forum]
I downloaded PC Guard when I switched to Virgin Internet and until now I had no problem using MSN Messeger. Recently, when I sign into MSN Messenger this comes up ----> Yahoo has also said something similar when I tried to download their Messenger. I heard this is quite a problem with PC Guard but I have done everything that it says on Troubleshoot and it still does not work. Plz help [: I'm sick of using WebMessenger! Deanna x |

Looks like you need to add port 1863 to the exceptions in your firewall.
You should be able to set it in the firewall settings |
