Lack of consistency
What has happened, once whenever someone asked for assistance with password recovery, they would be told that we don't do that, and the thread would be locked.
Now we have such a request see here and not only does the thread remain but a new poster, with a first post, is offering a suggestion (which may be erroneous and not answer the question) as to how it can be done, and the thread is still there even after a report of it's existence. Do any of the mods check the place any more? Or has the policy changed? |

I didnt receive a report Neddie but point taken. The offending post has been edited and the topic locked.

Ned, it is hard to keep up with everything. Sometimes things do slip by. Which is why we appreciate member like you either reporting the post by using the link in the thread or by doing what you have done here and starting this thread asking. That way we can take of it like Annie has done.
