"adobe flash player required" ...everytime!

Hello,

When I want to view a video on YouTube or play a music video etc., I keep getting this message,

"THE ADOBE FLASH PLAYER IS REQUIRED FOR VIDEO PLAYBACK. GET THE LASTEST FLASH PLAYER".
I have to continuously download this same "NEWEST" version flash player everytime.
( 11.4.402.278 )

Does this have anything to do with the Video card, or could this be a windows7 thing? thanks.

Windows7 PRO 64 (SP1)
8GB DDR2 PC6400 / 800 Hz
MSI PLATINUM P-35 (MS-7345)
700 W Thermaltake PSU
Nvidia GeForce 8600GT Pci-e GPU 512MB
(thinking about upgrading to the PNY Quadro 600 for Photoshop and Studio editing, I am Not a gamerdude :-))
