Permission Problem

When i try to delete this file named Rakion (and now renamed ****), it says that i need permission to perform that action. Im the only admin on my computer (the only account actually). How i got that was i was being an idiot and setting CREATER OWNER's permission to zero. How do you delete it?

restart your computer and hit F8 to enter "safemode" and then use the "admin." user name and find the file and delete it that way. hope that works!
