Surface 3 windows issue
Hello there...When this issue first popped up I could log into my Surface 3 (which would take an inordinate amount of time) but would get a blank screen, eventually a window would pop up saying "Personalized settings...not responding"...at that point I could not access any files, the task manager, or anything else for that matter. I still have the issue with not being able to access anything but I can now see the wallpaper and when I attempt to click on anything the cursor turns into the blue ring and just spins.
Any ideas what would cause this? I searched the forums and could not find anything. Thanks, Brad |
