Monitor Shutdown

Not sure if this is the right section but it seems to fit here.

To start my computer specs are 1.8MHz Sempron 3000+ MB, 2GB ram, Radeon HD 2600 XT AGP graphics, WinXP home 32bit

Now the problem. While playing League of Legends, and sometimes World of Warcraft my monitor will go into standby mode some times Alt+Tab or even Ctrl+Alt+Del will bring up the desktop/task manager however i can not tab back into the game and have to reboot the system to re-enter I have searched high and low for "fixes" and have yet to find anything that might help.

Fixes i've tried: Reinstall the drivers that came with the graphics card, installed new graphics drivers, ran mem test (came back no errors), checked temps( CPU runs at 58 - 60 under load, GPU runs at 48-51 under game load), adjusted fan speed of graphics card. cleaned fans/case ran with case open and "Redneck heat cooler"(big fan /w coldpack behind it)

And i still have the problem, that is why i am here to see if anyone can maybe help me with this problem.

On a side note once or twice i have gotten a blue screen error ati2dvag 0x000000EA (0x89885020, 0x89F28B98, 0xF78B6CB4, 0x00000001)
