Onlive, what do people think?

Just been reading up on this onlive thing, what are people opinion about it?

Im not convinced

OnLive connects you to game servers through the Internet, instantly sending your controller actions upstream and the results back downstream at blinding fast speeds

not if my BB connection is anything to go by =O

i havent read into it a great deal yet though...

From what I've heard it could work amazingly, but I'm not quite sure about it. I don't get how they're going to power thousands of gamers at max settings all playing at once. I can only guess that they must have several supercomputers, which makes me wonder how much it'll cost.

It seems cools if it actually will work. I am not convinced it can be done at a reasonable price though.

It should revolutionize the industry..not having to buy new hardware on the user end will save gamers thousands of dollars and make consistency among all gamers as far as lag, hardrive space, etc...just need a couple more jumps in the speed of bandwidth.

Someone told me that you're limited time wise. I don't know about you guys but I can play for hours and hours. I'm not going to be too happy if that's true.
