one problem lead to another computer only working in safe mode
Hi there, im new to the forums so i appologies for any errors. My computer will only start up in safe mode, as i have it hooked up to my HD tv, this was working fine but then the other day just stopped working, as soon as it gets past the start up screens it goes black and wont go any further. Ive tried a DVI to VGA cable and this doesnt help so I can only load up the PC in Safe mode and I cant install the graphics software, im assuming this isnt working because its in safe mode but im not sure. My friend thinks it might be malware related and now I need some help
My friend advised me to use hijackthis and this is the log its made.... Hi Schneddon. There is nothing on that log to indicate your problem might be malware related. Are you getting popups or BSOD's?
