I installed a new 200GB hard drive as a slave but when I formatted it I only got 130GB, I formatted it to NTFS ........ My C drive is formatted in fat32 with OS windows 2000. I have partion the new drive 100GB and 30GB. How can I recover the rest??

Some drives are not how much they say 20GB is a normal about to be missing but there is quite a bit missing here. Try using a third party partition tool like partition manager.

You can also check disk management. (Control panel>administrative tools>system management>disk management. If it shows unallocated soace, right click that and see if there is an option to format.
