Specific WEBPAGE does not open

For the past four days I have been trying to open a website (www.ryanair.com). I normally use this website all the time, but recently every time I try to connect to it, the screen mentions...
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.ryanair.com

moments.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I thought perhaps it was a problem with my Firewall, so I checked everything but nothing abnormal. I also went into the control panel *internet options* security, and added the site to my trusted website list. but NOTHING .
So I tried my partner's computer, and the same results UNABLE TO CONNECT. Frustrated, and annoyed I visited my neighbors house and the site works perfectly !!! I have tried this numerous times and the site seems to function everywhere else expect for in my HOUSE!!! What is this??? Can someone please help me???? I only have difficulty with this site.

I see you have created two posts for this problem here at CTH. You really only want to follow one set of directions so they don't step on each other and folks don't end up wasting time. I'll start here as it isn't sounding like a malware problem, but if it looks that way at some point, I'll lick you over to the malware forum as they are best suited to help in that area.

To start with I need you to run a couple of commands so I can get a better idea as to what is the problem.

I'd like you to ipconfig/all and ping www.ryanair.com and post the output back here. They both need to be run in a cmd window.

interestingly that is not the IP I get for ryanair.

Run ipconfig/flushdns in a cmd window, then try the ping again.
If that doesn't work, try cycling the power to your router and modem.
