Hover Click Feature

Hi there, Windows 10 has a "Hover Click" feature, and it can get really annoying. I have found (picture attached) a way of stopping this, but it doesn't work. As you can see in the picture, I have the feature disabled, I have also checked the box and applied the change, then unchecked the box after a PC reboot, but that has done nothing. I was hoping someone could show/tell me a way of resolving this.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for helping Jill. I have gone through all that I could from that webpage, trying to update the mouse drive (is already up to date). then uninstalling the driver, which installed itself on a reboot. I then tried the update driver suggestion again, but it is the latest update. After rebooting the laptop again, I cannot turn off the hover click feature, despite it showing as being disabled.

Well it has been a while since posting the above problem, but today I think it has now been resolved with help from Mr Dude's link. Here's how the issue has been resolved...

Settings > Devices > Mouse & touchpad > "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" = off
