No drivers found
Hello
lately when I first boot up my computer I get a brief message saying that there were no drivers found for my Video card, it does not crash or stop and Windows 10 starts up I have a GTX 950 video card and use GE Force experience to keep my card up to date with the latest drivers. I have looked in the device manager and every thing looks good there no problems detected. is this something I should worry about. Thanks |

GE Force experience it will look for drivers when booting up when it is allowed to start with start up.
You can stop it from automatically looking for a driver at boot: Click start search for "services.msc" press enter scroll down until you see NVIDIA Right click -> Properties change startmethod to manual from automatic press OK Do this with all five NVIDIA products in the tab done. Restart computer, no more NVIDIA. YAY! |

Hi, well Murf's suggestion comes from their forums, might be a scheduled task, (in win 10) go to search and type:- command prompt, right click on the returned command prompt and select "run as administrator" an elevated cmd prompt will open copy paste the below text:-
dir /s /a C:\windows\system32\tasks > 0 & notepad 0 Press enter, it should appear in the first section, (could say something like nvidia telemetry...) Navigate to the directory and rename or delete the entry. |

Hi, don't worry about nvidia telemetry, that was just an example you have identified the task:-
4,308 NvDriverUpdateCheckDaily_{B2FE1952-0186-46C3-BAEC-A80AA35AC5B8} 09/02/2017 04:06 PM 4,000 NVIDIA GeForce Experience SelfUpdate_{B2FE1952-0186-46C3-BAEC-A80AA35AC5B8} Go to search and type task scheduler, press enter locate this task in scheduler double click on it and on the right select "disable' Should not bother you again. |

Thanks
I will try it when I get home and let you know if that worked or not. I do not think this is a big deal. I started getting this when I had to reinstall or recover Windows 10 because when I booted up my screen would just flash and I could not do anything. Or at least i think so it could have been after a update to geforce experience not sure now. But when ever I check the device manager or run DXDIAG my card and driver show up I think it is just looking for the driver to soon because the message does not stay on but a second and than it goes away. |
