Can't load web page

I have two PC's running off of the same DSL modem. My old pc will open www.myfoxcleveland.com but my new pc won't. I've disabled firewalls, spyware and anti virus software. I've also typed ipconfig /flushdns at the command line. This site just rufuses to load. It doesn't time out it simply says "waiting for www.myfoxcleveland.com" and it stays that way for hours. Any ideas?
