The options I have are: Main - Advanced - Performance - Security - Boot - Exit

There are two Chipset type headings in Advanced. One is Internal Chipset drive configuration. and in it it has:
Configure SATA as <IDE>
S.M.A.R.T.
SATA Port 0 through 5
Hard Disk pre delay (0)

Then there is Chipset Configuration and it has:
PCI Express Configuration
PCI Latency Timer (32)
HPET <Enable>
FLR Capability <Disable>

And for the memor configuration under Performance, where I was able to change the voltage I have:

Performance Memory <Manual>
Memory Multiplier <10: DDR3-1333>
tCL <9>
tRCD <9>
tRP <9>
tRASmin <20>
tRFC <107>
tRRD <4>
tWR <10>
tWTR <5>
tRTD <5>
tRC <33>
tFAW <20>

SDRAM Memory Voltage 1.6500V
Uncore/QPI Voltage Override 1.1000V
Command Rate Auto

These settings all seem fine to me, i think it's a case of an uncompatibility issue. All i could suggest is for you to try a lower powered module (1.5v) maybe to see if that works.
Can you return the memory or do a swap with the place of purchase?

You ensure that the tank clean install it, no dust ? You can clean up before re-insert the test, and there may be poor contact.
