Transfering Files

How can I move files from a hard drive with a 2000 o/s to another hard drive with a XP o/s?

The easiest way I believe is to take the hard drive that has Windows 2000 on it and set the jumpers on it to slave. Then, put it in the machine with XP. When you boot XP you should see your hard drive with XP on it as well as the hard drive with Windows 2000 on it.
