Question Help! Recovery disk not working
I am having a wide variety of problems so I am trying to format and recover. I have both disks for my computer. When I start the computer with them in the drives, the screen comes up and I select format and restore, then the computer locks up and does nothing. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

What? Two disks before you go that far we have to know What Brand of Computers that they have.

I agree that it would be helpful to know what brand of comptuer they have yes, but using two disks at once? They made the comment "I have both disks for my computer. When I start the computer with them in the drives," I was just asking if they booted with both disks in at the same time. You ask you're questions and I'll ask mine.
