Exclamation Explorer error

When i surf the web and open another window like a link in my e-mail i get a message saying that explorer has caused an error in kernell32.dll. I recently installed a pop up blocker is this the problem ? however i will scan for viruses and delete it , but if anyone has a suggestion e-mail me.

Hi sammsimo43 - the virus scan is a good idea. If your PC is clean and the errors started at the same time as you installed the popup stopper, it could well be the cause. Uninstall it and see if the problem persists. If it does, post back and we can have another look at it for you.

Hi sammsimo43,

I put your two posts together into one.

It's best to keep one post going about the same problem
instead of opening a "New Thread". When you want to
keep talking in the same posting then click on the
"post reply" button instead of the "new thread" button.

tnx.

What version of Internet Explorer are you using sammsimo43? According to Microsoft, there is a bug in the version included in WinME that can cause these errors. Have a look here. If you have not upgraded, it might be a good idea to do so.
