OSI Model
Does anyone here know much about the OSI Model? If so would someone be able to help me with this question please:

"Why is the OSI Model important to Ecommerce?"

Also does anyone know if there are any video or sound clips on the web that are on the OSI Model?

Any help greatly appreciated.
