xp security question not a newb question well kinda a newb question
i have xp forgot my password but i can log on as admin whats the next step to disable all passwords and also i have a domain account can i dsable that password too please help asap need my files

this may seem like a newb question but i need to know where to disable my passwords i got into the computer but i cant find where to disable my sone set this up for me so please help soon i am used to windows professional 2000
