Internet SPEED
i would like to know about Internet Speed Controlling on Cyber Network or Networking Places(School and College)... is it possible to set a limited internet speed on a particular PC on network ??? wht i ment.. i hav 8 PCs on my network.. and my internet speed is 256 kbps... and i want that every computer has a speed limit.. so that can not get more that limited(that i hav seted) internet speed.. any idea about it ?? any program for it ??? plez suggest me... i wana know about it ...........

net limiter?
...also your router may have this function aswell.
