No Nick, that was from the Reynolds Girls 1989 hit "I'd rather Grok, than Fleetwood Mock", I think you'll find.

A little sappy but,
I'd wish everyone had enough.

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain
to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit
alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much
bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough
loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish enough hellos to get you
through the final goodbye.

And if that didn't work, I'd settle for a cheeseburger.

Had to search it: Stranger in a strange land speaks of Grok.
'Grok' means 'to drink.'
Surprised me to remember that from so long ago.
I'm sure the word is tied to other meaning after this original.

LOL, thats a belter. Nearly wet my pants first time I heard that. Comedian did it live on stage at the British Computer Society annual awards, about 1995 I think.

Can I ammned my 1 wish.

Still Katherine Jenkins, but now wrestling with Charlotte Church and Eva Longywotsit off that "dirty cows" show that Beanie is hooked on (it's called something like that, you know, the one where Mrs Superman is gagging for it and the ginger uptight bird lives across the road).
