Zoom Window

Recently a 2-1/2" x 1-7/8" portion of my desktop became magnified by about 200%. Rest of the desktop is normal. In task manager I can close the app, "Zoom Window" and the condition will disappear... only to re-appear on the next bootup. I've looked everywhere, including the registry and start up files but can't find any reference to "Zoom Window". How do I permanently get rid of it? Please advise.

Cool Mouse Pointer Magnify

Hi Rock3000:
Any chance the "Zoom Window" is a feature of your mouse software? On my laptop, I have an EasyPoint icon in my system tray that if clicked, gives me several options including Magnify. I have accidentally clicked this in the past and caused symptoms very similar to what you describe.
Confused the heck out of me for 2 days!
