Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927f26e) HELP!
This popup is now being followed with a TransferAgent.exe error debugging message. I had suspended the HPImageZone in msconfig, but now this is continuing with the TransferAgent. Sorry to bother, but any ideas are welcome!

Hi Ravencoach,
It's likely that this is caused by Microsoft's .Net Framework, to confirm: Please go to Start - Run - type in eventvwr.msc to open the event viewer. Look under both "application" and "system" for recent errors shown in red and if found, do this for each one. Double-click the error to open it up and then click on the icon that looks like two pieces of paper. This will copy the full error. Then "paste" the error into Notepad. Do this for each one until you have them all listed in Notepad and then copy and paste the list in a reply here please. |

Interesting that the .Net Framework is involved - I unistalled the .Net Framework before all this began happening. I then reinstalled the new 3.5 .Net Framework but it's had no effect on the errors. I look forward to your advice. Thanks! |

Download and use the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility to uninstall .Net Framework and any Hotfixes for it.
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...BD/msicuu2.exe Then try re-installing .Net Framework.. You may have to install .Net 1.1 and 2.0 instead of 3.5 Last edited by tb525; February 21st, 2008 at 02:40 PM. |
