I have a blackweb gaming keyboard and it does not become active until windows comes up. Is there any other way to get into cmos after windows has come up?

Is it a USB keyboard? If so, you may need to change a BIOS setting called "USB Legacy Support" depends on your motherboard BIOS. Some will not load USB until the operating system is loaded, May have to use a different keyboard to get into BIOS Setup to make the change.
