also in part of it, i noticed it said 4GB of physical memory, but i have 6GB's

is this an issue?

Are you sure? Your log shows iTunes and PunkBuster processes however there is nothing in Event Viewer regarding the crash so it's not likely these processes were the cause. The continued crashing points towards a hardware issue.

It might well be and I also see the log shows 100% free which is not possible if the logs are to be believed. What do you see under Memory (RAM) when you rightclick on Computer and choose Properties?

oh and just before i crashed my internet connection dropped and couldn't be re-connected and my mouse cursor skipped across the screen when i dragged it back and forth.

then everything just froze and i couldn't do anything. Not even CTL/Alt/Delete.

so i just had to hit reset button.

Ok but in view of the absence of any events in Event Viewer, I think it would be a good idea to run some tests and check your RAM. If you need help to do this, post a new topic in our Hardware Forum and post back here when you have the results.
