Question Best website design tools
Hello,
I'm new on web designing. So I need some experts to help. Please tell me which tools are best for web designs. If possible please provide some best tutorial video URL. It helps me lot.

"Best" is really subjective.

What type of web building?
For HTML/CSS all you need is a good text editor.

The days where someone would create an entire site in Photoshop or an image editor are long gone. Most professionals design live HTML/CSS now then use image editors for assets when needed. It's a waste of time to build entire pages in an image editor then code everything.

the best depends on the site you are tying to build - especially if you have absolutely no experience. what type of site you are wanting to build?
