Exclamation Fail Vista or is it? HELP PL0X!

i am curently running Vista 64 for about 6 months my computer has been randomly freezing up and really slowing down, i didn't think much of it but its been getting progresivly worse over the past 2 months. I have looked further into it and i see that my CPU has reached around 100% and the processes shouldn't be using no were near as much as its reading. e.g. Explorer.exe-78(Its not just explorer it seems to be randomly chooseing processes. Somtimes it seems to run perfectly fine but then it Shuts down itself and then when i start it up the CPU begins poping up again.

I have been serching forums for around a month and a half and so far i haven't seen anyproblems like mine.

p.s i have scaned for viruses and spyware and all is gone to date please help
