Projectors

whats a good projector for gaming.
does the lumens matter?

i see alot from 2000-3000 lumens?

what projector would u recommend for gaming and just projecting everthing i can think of.

what do i need to look for in a great game worthy projector, for a decent price.

I don't think it really matters? it's kind of just a monitor that projects image onto a screen or wall.

The higher the lumens the brighter the picture is.
Just make sure it has a fast response time.

No projectors other than the ridiculously expensive range are good for gaming. LCD, yes. Plasma, maybe. Projector, nope.

hes pretty much right, but if you arent the biggest graphic sensitive kind of guy then id for for 2500 lumen

As was already said, the higher the lumens, the brighter it is... keep that in mind when you consider where the projector will be located (if it's gonna be in a dark room with no windows, don't worry about super high lumens; whereas if it's going to be in a room full of windows with shades that don't quite cut it... high lumens is the way to go).

thanks for the info on the projectors.
does anyone know of a place to get good deals on used or referbd projectors?

ive heard about digital projectors..do they use lumens as well?
whats better for gaming, digital projector or oldskool style
