Okay but i just want to show you the pictures and of what it looks like.

That 'Metal Piece' is just an attachment to add a padlock.
Umm, Those 4 screws look to be 4 screws holding the fan there.. To remove the side panel, Just unscrew the 3 or so screws at the back (in line with the metal piece) and slide it back abit and it should come off. The heatsink is the big metal block that sits on the processor. There is usually a fan attached to it also. - The one you found is an older style one, And won't look like your one.

It's there so it can draw air from outside the case, which is cooler than just blowing air around from the case which is hot. It just screws to the side. It won't be holding the side on at all.
And remember, Inside the computer Do Not Use A Vacuum Cleaner!!

Lol , don't worry i printed out most of the stuff from the topic 'Cleaning my fan' including the grounding yourself, but does the 'Press/hold the power button for 2 seconds to deenergtizes itself work?
I also had a look at a video from cnet and they said i think to brush away from the motherboard if there is dust there, is that correct?

Ok good. And just to make it easy, Get a can of compressed air to blow out dust if you have one, Or get one from Dick Smith Electronics.
And remember to check the heatsink.

Hey good/bad news, i cleaned the inside just like you told me, but the can ran out before i could finish so i'll buy another one. Also about the heat sink i wasn't quite sure how to tighten it.

Here is the fan that i might buy, but not sure how to install. Here is a picture from the side of where i assume it would be http://s109.photobucket.com/albums/n...t=DSC00215.jpg And here is the other fan which looks more complicated to install, could someone tell me how to install this type incase there are no instructions that come with it. the CoolViva cooler is for your graphics card, And so is the VCOOL. You have an onboard so they aren't usefull.
The fans you have all chosen are VGA (graphics card) coolers.
