To try the easiest thing first, empty the browser's cache since it can often be the source of problems with those games.

If you're using Internet Explorer, in IE go to Tools>Internet Options and on the General tab, click the "Delete files" button. In the dialog box that opens, check the box to delete offline files, click OK.

When the hourglass goes away, it's finished. Click OK to close the Internet Options window and try some games.

Better run online scans as there are virus involved with this service at times...

Out of curiosity are you using Internet Explorer to play these games and have you run all Windows Updates if so? I would bet you haven't amd that is the problem as yiesrvc.dll is a "browser helper" for yahoo.

That's your problem. On your start menu go up to Windows Update and plan to spend a while doing all updates, something you should do weekly even if you are set to auto update which I doubt if you don't know what I am talking about.
