blue screen

someone help me plz!! i once got blue screen, but i re format my com, and it seems ok for few days. But now the same blue screen is back! HELP ME

If you turn the conputer off for a while do you get the blue screen right away when you turn it back on?

whenever i start com. i can only run com in safe mode now. is it because of my window update but bios did not update?

No windows update does not update your BIOS.

Have you tried a restore point to a date before the problem started? Have you done any virus/malware scans?
