Backing Up Files

I have been using the Karen's Replicator app for a while, but I find that it doesn't back up all the files I want when creating a back up session. Can anyone suggest a back up app that may work better, preferably a free one as I have a reputation to keep.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

AOMEI has a free version.

I've never backed up files with it, but I have cloned drives and made images with it.
