Norton Professional 2005 Cutting Internet Access

I've got somewhat of an interesting problem. I'm pretty sure that this is cuased by the new NAV 2005 blocking 2 apps of mine (Radmin and Steam [Serria Games; Counter Strike:Source]) Prior to this I'd been using NAV 2004 without anyproblems, and all my network settings on my router are not blocking any of the ports need for either Radmin or Steam. I've been over all that I could find in the settings of NAV and can't find any thing to force it to allow certain ports to open, and added both Steam and Radmin to a trusted apps list, with no luck. Has anyone out there had experiance with a similar NAV problem and might you know a fix or workaround to this? Turning NAV off dosn't fix it either.

if using winxp sp2, check to see if maybe the windows firewall was turned on while upgrading nortons.
