PCI-E Wireless card not showing up
I recently installed Win 7 on my PC. However my PCI-E wireless network card doesn't show up in Device Manager and is not functional. It however does show up with AIDA 64 Extreme. It used to show up in device manager with my other install of Win 7 before I formatted my HD and started over and it was also functional. My question is do I have to install some update from MS to get the wireless card to work? I have already installed dotnet framework. I do not know if this would make difference anyway. Any ideas?
Thanx so much. Jim |

I got it to work. I downloaded what is called "Atheros Driver Installation Program". However I did not have to do that last time I had windows installed on this PC. That is why I was asking about updates.
