Don't shoot the messenger, Microsoft is not at any fault here for the 0x80070017 error. The problem is third party software used in sending the Windows 7 *.ISO to a blank DVD. Use ISO-Tool (Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool) to send the Windows 7 *.ISO to a blank DVD. |
