Help! When windows setup, the partition option is skip!

Hi!

I just bought a Asus A6500NE laptop around 1++ year.
When i want to format my laptop with usual steps, the window xp sp2 have inspect all the hardwares, drivers and loading up all the setup files.
After that it should be go to option choosing which drive to format and install windows, but this step is skip and straight away to starting window. Then the starting window is stop and fail with error hardware //system/system 32... something like that.

Could anyone please help me to solve this problem!

Thank you very much!

you can try copying the i386 directory to your hard drive using a boot disk in command prompt and later open the ntsetup.exe file.
