backup apps

I need a recommendation for some automated backup software. OS is XP Pro, SP2. There is one folder on the desktop I would like to automatically back up to a DVD every night. Not a full back up, but one that looks to see if there have been any changes every night, or at least once a week. The user will rotate out the DVD’s.
Any recommendations?
Thanks

Hi there,
I use Acronis TrueImage for my back-ups. It does incremental (although a full backup needs to be done first of all) backups and you can schedule these as well.

You might need the business option but have a look here.
