Shutdown takes a long time
i have only installed only 15 programs on my pc and the rest r updates and so on in total tune up says i have 100 prgrams and my used space is 17.5 gigs and have left 19.9 gigs but my start up is a bit slow, but my shutdown takes a long time.every time i have to end now CCAPP that's for norton user session. when i try 2 end process manually it says access denied. so how can i have faster sutdown. i have checked for virus and trojans and spyware. PC runs abit slow but still shutdown is my prob plz help!!!!!!!!!

No need to scan at startup or shut down...check inside program for tools options or wahtever to see if you can shut that off...someone who uses the program should come along and tell you exactly how, I wouldn't use it so am not positive.

Its up to you, but AVG is a better choice for Antivirus than Norton which tends to eat system resources. Check out this link and see if anything helps
