Custom Codec Conversion

Hi Everyone. I have a complicated situation. The video file that's used for my surveillance software isn't compatible with Windows 10. Only up to windows xp sp2. Yes it's quite old. So I need to figure out how to either convert the video file using the codecs given by the backup option or get these codecs to work on Win10 to be able to use a video program to view it. The codec type is TVTX and TVTA. Probably custom made specifically for this program. I've tried multiple convertion programs and none worked. I tried using K-lite to custom convert and nothing seemed to work. If theres anything needed I can add to this post.

Update.

I downloaded virtualbox and winxpsp2 to test the file. It worked. Unfortunately I couldn't find a conversion program to use the files to switch to wmv. However, I was able to get the job done using Windows Movie Maker. I would still like to see about getting these codecs to work on Win10 though. But no idea where to start.
