Crash after crash <3 Vista

Im running on Vista 64bit, every time i start my comp up after it has been shaut down windows crashes and i get the blue screen which says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL about 1 min after i logged in. If i restart my comp before i log in this does not happen. Also when im playing World of warcraft my comp switches off straight in the middle of playing.
i have look at the error logs on my comp this what i got after the random shadow in the middle of my game:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
i8042prt http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sup...ager&LCID=2057

the other 2 logs that happend at the same time microsoft has no support for:
The previous system shutdown at 23:43:45 on 10/07/2007 was unexpected. (event id 6008)

Audit events have been dropped by the transport. The real time backup file was corrupt due to improper shutdown. (event id 1101) which is something do with event processing.

The support i have recived says that there is some problem with my drivers.

anyone know how to solve this?
