Can you tell us a little more about your computer, in particular whether it's on a network, what version of Windows, Internet Explorer etc you're running and which methods of viewing source you've tried (the right click method of the view menu), also whether you're running and popup blockers.

ok I've had a look for some info, it seems it's an issue with the temporary internet files folder filling up, so if you purge this from tools>internet options>general>delete files you should get the view source facility back

View sources.

My Temp. Internet Files folder has 68 files that total 72k (72k not 72 megs) and clicking on VIEW and then SOURCE in I.E. still does nothing.
Oh, I guess it did, it stuck the globe and the word "Internet" down in the lower right hand pane of I.E.

My bad <stuck foot in mouth>

ah well a 50% success rate

Landon, I suggest a repair of IE in add/remove programs might be your next move - we covered the spyware angle on your other thread

View sources.

REPAIR would be an option except the last time I had to uninstall/reinstall Zone Alarm it wiped out my entire Add/Remove Programs listing. Everything that was in there still works fine, and things I have installed since then have shown up in there.

I know how to get things out of the Registry after they have been uninstalled so I didn't bother with trying to recover the listing.

What exactly is /View/Sources/ supposed to do, all it does on this box is make the blue/green globe and the word "Internet" show up in the lower right hand pane of I.E?

View Source just lets you see the HTML code of the web page.
