Red face Anti-Virus cannot scan all files

I've upgrade my laptop with a Windows 7 Ultimate. As usual, I want to enhance my PC's protection with scanning the drive in the computer with Avira anti-virus. After the scanning finished, it is appeared that 2 warnings sign comes from 2 files that could'nt be opened. I have scanned my PC many times but this 2 files permanently stubborn and keep appearing in the warning. It is ;

C:\hiberfil.sys and C:\pagefile.sys

How can I fix this problems?

hiberfil.sys is the hibernation ability used by Windows to put a computer to sleep in a way where many power consumption devices
are turned off. Ideally hibernation serves notebook/netbook computers because they sometimes run just on the battery so battery
charges can last longer. Desktops don’t really need this function and if you wish to turn it off this is possible.

Start
All Programs
Accessories
right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator
click the Yes(button) to the User Account Control that pops up
type powercfg /hibernate off press the Enter
the file hiberfil.sys will automatically be deleted
click the red X gadget or type exit press Enter to close Command Prompt.

pagefile.sys is a virtual memory file Windows uses and that should be left alone. Virtual memory is extra memory created from the free space
on the hard drive and it allows Windows to store things in there for faster computer operation with its execution of many tasks and running
of programs.

Your anti-virus is reporting these because it can not open them up for examination. Those files are "locked" and nobody gets to open them,
this is on purpose intended by Microsoft. Your anti-virus is reporting something it deems "odd" but there is no virus on your system.
