Hello mrajdadas,

Doesn't really sound like an infection issue, and with Windows 7 such a new operating system I suspect there will be quite a few issues related to third party softwares etc. For now I will move your request to the Windows 7 forum, where you can get some help and ideas on the problems you are having.

Open a Command Prompt and type chkdsk /r

It'll tell you it will run the next boot, so boot and wait for it to finish.
