Windows 7 RC Repair Install?

I was running Windows 7 32-bit (and liking it) for the past month or so until my motherboard took a dump and decided it was time to meet it's PCB maker. Is anyone aware if the Windows 7 RC version has a Recovery Console or if doing a repair install is possible? I'm currently awaiting an RMA from Gigabyte and I'm not sure if I'll be sent the same mobo model as what I had previous (in my sig) or something different. I'm curious if I get a different model if I'll have to do a reformat and reinstall or if I'll be able to do the much faster repair install. Any ideas? Thanks!

The Recovery Cosole is accessed by booting to the Windows 7 DVD.

Excellent! I know it may have been a silly question but I wasn't sure if the RC version of Window 7 had all the functionality of the yet to be released full version. And since my home pc is currently without a motherboard I couldn't try it out. Thanks!

To be specific the process goes like this.
  1. Boot to Windows 7 DVD
  2. Windows is loading files… screen appears first with a progress bar
  3. the screen changes after that to Starting Windows
  4. when that is done a Install Windows window appears with
    Language
    Time and currency format
    Keyboard
    click Next button to continue
  5. Install Now window appears and on the bottom left is Repair your computer click that
  6. Searching for Windows installations scan appears and when/if it’s found one click Next
  7. A user name and password windows appears, input yours and click Next
a System Recovery Options window appears with your recovery options...
    Startup Repair
    System Restore
    System Image Recovery
    Windows Memory Diagnostic
    Command Prompt
