The System File Checker wont help you if your operating system is still infected.

There is something not quite right with your log. All CBS logs that I have checked after running SFC /scannow (and getting that error message) have been at least 20MB's. Not only that, they have all had entries similar to the examples below that point to the corrupted files:

Quote:
Info CSI 000001d8 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:24{12}]"bopomofo.nlp" of mscorlib, Version = 6.0.6002.18107, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope neutral, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:b77a5c561934e089}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch
Quote:
Info CSI 000001e0 [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520{260},l:98{49}]"\??\C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 "\[l:32{16}]"aspnet_isapi.dll"; source file in store is also corrupted
The above entries (cannot repair/could not reproject) are not present in your logs.

Post a new topic in the Malware Removal Forum and request that someone checks your operating system for infection. Be patient though because we are busy over there.
