Windows Aero Support
Is the Aero function essential to Windows 7?
I am contemplating the upgrade and aside from free HD space, my graphics card does not meet minimum for Aero support. I have onboard video geforce 6150 SE |

Windows 7 will run without Aero enabled but you will miss out on a lot with the cool visual features disabled. Still, I guess that you already know that.

To see if your system is PCIE capable, look up your Mother board on the net. It will tell you all the specs for the board itself and you will see PCIE listed if it has it.
Or you can post what kind of Computer you have or what kind of mother board you have here and we can look it up. |
