I don't know how

I don't know how to post a link to my question. I posted a log and asked for help on Oct 8th titled I cant' run AdawareSE...... But I don't know how to post a link to that so I don't create duplicate posts. So now I have 2 problems the link and the orginial problem

I would like someone to look at this it is getting bad my drop down menu like when I go to copy and past there is nothing there unless I move my mouse over it and then they show up well most all do. Thanks
